Export changed translations to translation vendors

The daily work of software localization teams often consists of correcting reported localization issues such as spelling and grammar mistakes, incorrect terminology or even incorrect translations. This may need to be done for a large number of target languages.

When the next major software localization cycle is due, a significant number of changes have often accumulated. If the localization of the next software version is carried out by an external translation service provider, all text changes made by the internal software localization team since the last release should be transferred to the translation agency. The translation agency can then update their central translation memories. This ensures that no old errors creep in when using the translation memory.

The following video shows how to use the new filter function of the Traloctec DataExchange plugin to export only these entries of the Passolo project to TMX files. Here we use the new date range filter and existing Passolo filters with BASIC expressions to select the entries to be exported by status.
